  • Where is Garden Pod located?

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in. An additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out.
  • How do I check in?
    We do not have a physical front desk. For instructions to check in, please contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival. For last minute bookings, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • How do I get to Garden Pod?
    Garden Pod is located near The Meadow Car Park, within Serene Garden in Gardens by the Bay (18 Marina Garden Drive, Singapore 018953). Please search for Garden Pod @ Gardens by the Bay on Google Maps. By Taxi/Grab: Please enter Garden Pod @ Gardens by the Bay as the destination in the app or inform the driver to drop you off at the Meadow Car Park. Most taxi or Grab drivers will drop you off at the Visitor Centre automatically if you state Gardens by the Bay as your destination. Please note that the Visitor Centre is located 500 meters away from the hotel. By Driving: Please park your car at The Meadow Car Park. By Train: Please alight at Bayfront MRT Station which is 1km walk away from Garden Pod.   • Is there parking available?
    Yes, you may park your vehicle at The Meadow Car Park, within Serene Garden in Gardens by the Bay (18 Marina Garden Drive, Singapore 018953). Please search for Garden Pod @ Gardens by the Bay on Google Maps. Prevailing car park charges apply (S$0.03/min, capped at S$25 for same-day parking). Parking charges are calculated on a per-hour, per-day basis. Overnight parking (from 3 pm to 11 am the next day) will cost approximately S$36 in total. We offer 1 complimentary parking coupon with multiple entries and exit registered under the vehicle number. Please contact us at hello@tinypod.com at least 24 hours before your check-in for us to arrange.

  • What type of rooms are available?
    Garden Pod offers 4 unique, eco-friendly duplex suites that blend luxury with nature, named Jasmine, Maple, Juniper and Bamboo. They are thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and different views of Gardens By The Bay.   • How many people can sleep in a Garden Pod suite?
    Each suite sleeps up to 6 pax. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. Each bedroom comes standard with a king-size bed (sleeps 2 pax) and a queen-size Murphy bed (sleeps 2 pax) which is located behind the sofa. Kindly remove the top cushions on the sofa before pulling down the bed. Each suite also comes with a twin sofa bed (sleeps 2 pax) located on the 1st level. If you require us to set up the sofa bed on the 1st level, please be informed that an additional charge of S$50 per stay will apply.   • Can I host events at Garden Pod?
    Yes, Garden Pod is available for private events, such as intimate weddings, corporate retreats, and special celebrations. You may invite up to 10 pax, inclusive of the 4 staying guests. Please do let us know in advance of your gathering. This is because we wish to maintain the tranquillity within the gardens. If you wish to have a private function and would like to invite more people (e.g. weddings, birthdays, anniversaries etc.), kindly book all 4 suites and we will allow a maximum of 60-80 pax within the hotel.
  • Note on excessive noise and parties
    T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, Garden Pod upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any commotion or excessive noise. For your kind consideration of all our hotel guests, please keep your noise to the minimum by 10:30 pm. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise or exceeding the number of permitted guests or otherwise causing disturbances will be requested to leave the hotel without a refund.
  • Are there any dining options available at Garden Pod?
    While we do not offer in-room breakfast and on-site restaurant, there are several dining options within Gardens by the Bay, including cafes, restaurants, and food kiosks. Please refer to https://www.gardensbythebay.com.sg/en/things-to-do/dine-and-shop.html We also have partnered with Janice Wong Café & Hopscotch Restaurant for our guests to enjoy a 10% discount when you show the Garden Pod keycard during your stay. This discount is only applicable for their outlets in Gardens By The Bay. You may also choose to order food from food delivery services such as GrabFood, Food Panda etc. For ease of delivery, please indicate the location as Garden Pod @ Gardens by the Bay.
  • Is cooking allowed in the suite?
    Yes, each duplex suite comes with a mini fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, downdraft hood, cooking utensils such as pots, pans, knives, chopping board as well as cutlery sets.
  • Can we do a BBQ?
    Yes, we offer an outdoor electric table grill per room upon request and availability.
  • Do you provide toiletries?
    As part of our environmental sustainability efforts, we provide towels, shampoo, and body foam but not toothbrushes and toothpaste.
  • Do you provide daily housekeeping?
    No, we do not. If you would like us to provide daily housekeeping, please inform us and we will provide this service for free.
  • What activities can I do during my stay?
    Garden Pod is ideally located for exploring Gardens by the Bay, including the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Supertree Grove, and the various walking trails. For more options, check out https://www.gardensbythebay.com.sg/. The closest shopping centre to walk to is Marina Bay Sands. Flying of kites & drones are not allowed on our premises.   • Is Garden Pod pet-friendly?
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Garden Pod, as we are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests. ​ Only Shipping Container Hotel #2 in Haw Par Villa and Shipping Container Hotel #3 in One-North are pet friendly. There are no extra charges for your pets. However, we ask that you refrain from allowing your fur kids to sleep on the beds and sofas.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is strictly not allowed in Garden Pod or anywhere in Gardens by the Bay. Smoking inside Garden Pod rooms will set off the fire alarm which will alert the Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF).
  • How do I make a reservation?
    You can book your stay directly through our website, www.tinypod.com. We recommend booking early, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate you select or the platforms that you booked from. Please review the terms and conditions during the booking process or contact our reservations team for more details.
